uploading photos

I am having trouble up loading photos. Ever time that I try, I get a failed to up load message.

Joe, often times when that message comes up it is because the file size is larger than the system will accept.

Below is a list of the allowed file types and related maximum file sizes. The jpeg format is the most commonly uploaded file type and it has a maximum size limit of 107.8 kb.
