Without going into the gory details, I would like to report an incident I had with a recent order placed with Target. I contacted them last night and they resolved the issue this morning-even though the entire issue was most likely a misunderstanding on my part. They have been very helpful to me in the process of my education on WB finishes. If anyone is thinking of trying WB and looking for an entire finishing system (that's the Festooligan in me coming out), check out Target.

i've also found them to be very easy to deal with.

My thoughts as well, I received a gallon that had been damaged and maybe 1/3 of the finish had spilled. They sent out a new one ASAP. lots of good info on their forum and the president is a regular poster that seems to really stand behind their products when someone is having trouble.
