    Matt, as we discussed in PMs, I had/have the same problem. I got one of the relays you told me about and that really works. Thanks! The key, in my shop at least, is to put the relay in a different location than the air cleaner. The remotes operate via IR signal, so they have to be pointed pretty much exactly AT whatever you want to receive the signal. One thing to watch out for is shiny surfaces. If you point at a shiny surface, you can bounce the signal to the other receiver...

    The remotes may have internal dip switches , if so change the dip switch settings on one unit (both remote and receiver)
