    Program To Put Text On Pictures

    hi,
    could you tell me the program that most of you use to put text on the pictures of your projects...I wish to start a project and place the pictures of the progress here and putting the text on the images would sure help people to understand better....thank you

    Paint Shop Pro is my go to tool for almost any picture manipulation. Personally, I liked the last JASC version better then the newer ones from Correl...

    One exception, If I want to add the text dynamically, for instance on a web page, I use the Imagemagick product. You can use it standalone, but I normally use it with PERL. All of than in a POSIX environment. I think you can also use it with Windows...but why would you want to <g>?

    The program is already installed on a Win machine.
    It's called "Paint".

    Seems all of the picture programs will do this. I've done it in Irfanview which is also a free program and very easy to use. Jim. DSCN1865.1.jpg
