been meaning to get a 5" ros sander, but found a hell of a deal on 6" pads today ($8.00/100) at a surplus store.
not sure I really want to spend the cash for a 6" sander though...

Six inch uses a different size backing pad and counter weight. I assume disk are PSA, which are a PITA! Hook and loop is now just as cheap as PSA, and are reusable. Also glue on PSA disks has a limited life.
