    Grizzly G0440 Cyclone Plus/Receptacle Question

I just pulled the trigger on a Grizzly 2HP Cyclone which will be delivered to my woodshop at my lake home in Northern, WI. Looking at the manual on Grizzly's website it says the G0440 uses a NEMA 5-20 plug and receptacle. Everything I see says this is for 120V 20AMP. The cyclone requires a 240v/20A circuit. Shouldn't I be using a NEMA 6-20?

I want to buy this in advance because hardware stores locally are not well stocked and the Borgs are 40 minutes away. Time will be limited over a three day weekend installing the cyclone (and ice fishing!) so i don't want to be driving all around. I know many have bought this cyclone, what did you use?

Probably a typo. They are common with shared info. What lake? Dave

I have that machine and used a 6-20. I also bought the right angle version so the weight of the cord is not pulling at an odd angle. My outlet is about 48" off the floor and the supplied cord s not very long.

So I'm right about 6-20? I'm on Lee Lake in Hazelhurst. Small 70 acre lake with no public access (great fishing!). Fourth cleanest lake in WI...it's a gem. If you know that area my turnoff is just south of the "T-Bird Country" viaduct.

Here's hoping you got the outlet to match.
