I have a nice 1/8 thick metal cabinet from my father inlaw 48" X 60" X12" . I need recommendations on removing old paint and surface rust. Not to much pitting - - will navel jelly remove paint? I was thinking Paint stripper then sand with my pc 390 (will this hurt my ROS) - - I also have an air grinder - - to big for my sand blaster. Some oil smudges should I wash it down with dawn dish soap first? Are the spray can wax and grease removers at auto zone any good?
