Possible gloat?

Picked up the following items during the week. Aunt's B-I-L is in nursing home and his wife wanted to clean out shop. Said I could come and pick out what I wanted. The wood is Philippine Magogany. About 119bf. They include the following:
1- 1x21"x10'
1- 1x16"x12'
1- 1x18.5"x16'
1- 1x14.5"x15'
1- 1x15"x16'
1- 1x12"x6'
2- 1x11"x5'
2- 1x19"x2.5'
Also got a 6 1/8" jointer and a workbench with several tools for my son.
Does anyone have any idea what Philippine Mahogany is going for per bf?
Best of all was all it cost was gas to go get it.

Thats some beautiful wood with some extras, but I'm not sure you can gloat about it. Its always sad to hear about people having to give up things that they must have loved as we love our tools and wood.

Shrink ray John with a shrink ray you shrink it first joint & plane it then set it on the bench overnight when you come back in the morning it'll be back to original width & length accept for that material that was planed or jointed off. Just trim it to length.

I love Mahogany...I just picked up some from a 1950's house being remodeled. Sure is nice....my haul was a bit smaller, though. You should enjoy working with the wood. It's once of my favorite woods.
