If you're thinking of the snappy style then snappytools do carry replacement bits for their center drill bits. Do a google search and you'll find places that carry them or you can find a dealer from the snappytools web site.

Try McMaster Carr if you can't find other sources. They have a wide assortment of drill bits for most applications.
