update on Coho progress. All most finished

Well it's been a while since I posted a picture of the Coho kayak I'm building. Had several weeks where I didn't get time to work on it. It is almost finished. I still need to put 1 or two more coats of spar varnish on the top and install all the hardware. Hope to have it finished by Saturday so I can take it out and try it.

Very nice work, Sparky. Just in time for a summer's use.

Really looks great. You are doing a great job on it. Nothing much prettier to me than a wood "stitch and glue" or a "stripe" built kayak. I always wanted to build one and maybe I well someday. The thing that holds me back is working with epoxy. I hate doing it especially the sanding.

I finished my SOF kayak several weeks ago but it will be at least a month before I get to try it out. Water is too high and cold for me right now. So, while waiting I decided to build another.
