    Removing poly from glass

    Hi,
I have an interesting question. Whats the best way to remove dried General Finishes Seal-A-Cell wipe on poly from glass. Normally I would use a straight razor and just scrape it off. However on this glass there is a UV coating on the glass, so I am not sure I just want to start scraping. Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Mark

A UV coating like a film on the inside of car windows or some kind of chemical UV treatment?

If the latter I would try a small area; if it's the film I would not even try...

Finishing is an 'Art & a Science'. Actually, it is a process. You must understand the properties and tendencies of the finish you are using. You must know the proper steps and techniques, then you must execute them properly.
