Nice shop- love the light. I built a 32x24' two story and used spray foam for walls and ceiling. I agree with Tim, it really works great. I use a ceiling mounted electric heater and the shop easily stays at 60 deg with little effort or money. CT gets pretty cold too! An added benefit was how quiet it made the shop, inside and out.
One problem you won't have like I did was sealing of overhead doors. One suggestion I do have is to wire for an alarm system before the walls get closed in. Even if you don't complete the security system right away, you at least have the windows and doors wired.
