    CAMaster Cobra - just ordered!

Just placed the order with Joey yesterday. Now to figure out where we're going to put it . . .

End of the year, first of next - not definite yet. I hardly ever get to run the CNC we have, so I'm guessing I won't be running the new one either. I do get to play with the laser though!

I'll have to move some stuff around but you could put it in my garage. I won't even charge you a storage fee.

    Congrats!

I'm closer than Bruce, so I'm the more logical choice...

Yes mine is the 4 x 8. Getting the 1.7kw spindle W/ FTC option and aspire. Thought about the x3 or even an x2 option that I was told was a possibility but I would have had to give up the spindle to keep the price where I needed it and not knowing anymore about routers than I do I couldn't get past that.

If you want a CaMaster sooner we could trade. My Stinger1 should be ready next week and I could make myself wait on your Cobra.

Cobra 408 with upgrade on the spindle to 10 hp. I don't have the paperwork in front of me but I think the only option we didn't get is the rotary attachment. A year or so ago we added 7,000 sq feet to the shop so room isn't a problem (right now). This is going to be the "back up" CNC that we use for smaller projects, but I'm sure it will immediately become the favorite. Our main CNC has a 6 x 12 bed.

YAY! Joey is here today for training. I'll try to get some pics. I don't get to sit in on training.

    Jim,

    Where's the Aspire announcement?
I can't find any information on the upgrade on the Vectric web site.

Belinda, make sure you register to win the Trotec Laser Engraver. It would look real nice beside the new CNC Router
