What is your vote for the all time funniest SMC thread

We all know that SMC is a great place to learn, share, network, and be inspired by the amazing woodworkers out there, but it can also be highly entertaining. After five years here, I think back on all the threads I have read, and a few really stick out in my mind, especially the humorous ones. The search feature is really going to get a workout here, but what is your vote for the funniest SMC thread ever posted. You know, that one that made you spew your morning coffee on your computer.

At great risk of revealing a bit too much about myself, here is my vote for all time funniest SMC thread. http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthre...opping-a-Deuce

Thanks for posting that thread, I missed it originally.

If I had that dilemma, I'd take some fabreeze or whatever it's called.

Most of the threads I've found funny on here have had the funny posts deleted or the entire thread locked.

Too many to choose from, but pretty much anything posted by Leigh Costello. That woman is a riot!

    Belinda,
Some of your threads will rate you as a riot as well. Both you and Leigh have entertained us many times, keep up the great input (please).

I don't know, all.....this one gets pretty hilarious the further into it you read. http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthre...band-saw/page2 The operative word here is "read". Jim.

Yeah, and it is still active. I agree with Jim, except maybe its more sad than funny. People probably should at least read more than the 1st post of a thread before posting to it.

Dale had a sense of humor that I miss even these years later!

For some of the new members that never experienced Dale Thompson's humor.......check out this thread. I didn't "hi-grade" his threads. I just picked the 2nd one as the first one in the search he was patting the staff here on the back. Instead I went 2nd one and here's the result. Look at the photos carefully..... Dale's humor is very much missed here at SMC!
