How Long Can Thread Be?

I want to do a rather long review of a tool/machine, with several photos. Is that possible here?

Absolutely.....there might be a maximum number of photos that can be placed in a single post but that can be continued in another post in the same thread.

Derek... you have a couple of options. First, you can create an article and have that posted on the site front page. That would give the maximum exposure to your article Next option would be to create a standard thread. In a regular thread, you are limited to 8 photos per post. If you have more than 8 photos (lets say you have 18), then the first 8 photos go in the opening post. As soon as you start your first post, click on the Post Quick Reply button. This will act as a space/position saver for your next post. You will need to enter more than 10 characters for that post to be recognized but you can edit those out when it comes time to add your text and photos. When the second post comes up, once again, click on the Post Quick Reply button to save that third post position for your tutorial.

Once you have all three positions (blank posts), then go back and edit each post, adding text and photos as needed.
