    What other chucks will Vicmarc jaws fit?

    I have a Vicmarc 120 chuck with several sets of jaws. Will Vicmarc jaws fit on any other (less expensive) chucks, if so, which ones?

    No not for the 120 At one time craft supply sold slides for the stronghold chuck so it could use Vicmarc 120 jaws but those are no longer sold and not really any cheaper either.

    it is my understanding that they will fit the Grizzly.

    Dale.......I have heard that the Grizzly chucks are a knock off of the vicmarc and will be interchangable.......I think you could send a PM to Bernie Wieshapl.......he likely will know for sure.......he has several of the Grizzly chucks.

    Grizzly makes a chuck virtually identical to the Vicmarc 100, and those jaws do interchange (this is their 3 inch chuck).
    The Vicmarc 120 is a larger chuck and Grizzly does not make a clone. I use these and I don't know of any other chuck compatible with the Vicmarc 120.

    John is right. The Vicmarc VM 100 jaws will fit the grizzly chuck. The grizzly chuck is identical. The VM 120 jaws will not work on the grizzly chuck. I have 4 of the grizzly chucks and they work well.
