I have done a few with Cermark. If u find a good graphic that looks good on the coin it works great...... Here are some High Resolution coins that Keith Outten found on the internet.

I took these into corel draw and converted them to Linedrawing or Black and White. You can convert mostly all these high resolutions with one step... They turn out great..... If i was not out of town on business i would take a picture of the one i did with Cermark.
The Resolution of the coins pictured is flawless. I know u were not asking about hihg resolution images, But these work with cermark on coin blanks. I will post a picture as soon as i can.

The only troubles you may have .... is if the coins have a coating, Cermark doesn't work well with those.
I have heard that brass can be an issue.
