13 inch delta bench planer

Can someone tell me how to get rid of snips, front and back? This just started recently and I have tried all the suggested methods from various magazines and and no avail. The only thing I haven't done is to change knives. I have changed them, not too long ago. I will try anything.

Have you tried modest up pressure at the start and end of the cut? If you have the 22-580 with infeed and outfeed tables, you could adjust the table ends to be slightly higher than where the tables attach to the planer. By slightly I mean the thickness of a dime or nickel. Raise the head, put a straight edge in the feed path and a coin should slip underneath the straight edge.
