    Something to think about with the distributed loads. Supporting a static load like that is fine, as long as it is evenly supported, however, a static load can become a dynamic one quickly. I whack the stuff hanging on my ceiling regularly with boards, wind gets things moving, etc. That can put the whole load on one support pretty quickly, and bad things might happen.
