Question What to do, what to do?

I have a pile of cut-offs piling up on the bench. Some cherry, oak, pine ,and a BUNCH of Sycamore.SDC15277.jpgSDC15278.jpgalmost like a box of puzzle pieces, without the picture on the box. Maybe there is a way to use all of this up? Mainly 3-4" wide, the walnut is 5" wide. Most of the OLD Oak is 3" wide, by 1/2" thick. May have to fire up a toolSDC15279.jpgand sharpen some pencils up. Any ideas out there??

I use that kind of material to make keepsake boxes, jewelry boxes and similar small items. By the way, some quarter sawn sycamore is really pretty and makes nice jewelry boxes.

Starting to work my way through the Sycamore piecesSDC15289.jpgSDC15302.jpgSDC15287.jpgI now have four of these done, all by handplane. Need some posts made, some rails/stiles grooved, and then we'll see what is left...
