    Looks like Roberto is ready to get to work for Mark. He's got the look of "I've had about 6 pots of coffee and ready to roll"!!!!

    I wonder if Mark "Found Roberto", Hanging around his Jobsite during all that Excavation for the new house on the Hillside? He should add a lot of Expertise to the office in the areas of structural foundations, core samples, etc.

    Jim....I've heard that Roberto's designs are slow developing but really can be dramatic once they get implemented!
