Can anyone suggest what bit to use for making an HDU sign. Also, what feed and speed if possible. Thanks, Pete

It doesn't matter much Pete. The stuff cuts like air. You can use O-Flute, 2 Flute, 3 Flute, straight flute, upcut. Honestly, it turns to dust, more or less when cut. It has no grain, so you could put a stick in your spindle and cut it with a stick if you wanted to. Run it as fast as you want. That's assuming it's 18lb or less. I've buried 1/4" cutters 1 1/2" deep in it. There's not much to be concerned about with it all, except messing it up, since it's so expensive

Real name Steve but that name was taken on the forum. Used Middle name. Call me Steve or Scott, doesn't matter.
Thanks Scott, I will probably use a 0-Flute made for plastic.
