    A few new bowls

I have been turning a series of bowls with a musical score on the side. This is my latest. It is a little tune from J.S. Bach, "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring." The other one is from my paramedic background. It is representative of a normal heart beat. I call it "Normal Sinus."

Waiting for the sequel, "left bundle branch block", or are you leaning toward "Fur Elise"? Very nice bowls.

Nice bowls and a fun idea. Are those EKG complexes coming from the heartwood?

    Love 'em!!

Love that, Marc, LOL. I had considered doing a whole series of cardiac complexes, but I figured only cardiologists would get the subtleties. I could just do asystole, but that would be nothing more than a straight line.

    Dale-

I love this idea! I may have to steal it for some of my next bowls! And I think you'd be surprised how many people would get the cardiology references!

Great Idea. Those would be nice gifts for your favorite musician or doctor.

One of my very best friends is a concert pianist. He does a version of "Jesu..." (That song) at triple the tempo it was originally intended to be played at. He might wind up with it.
