    Kitchen Table finish

I made a walnut kitchen table and used a new (General Finish) finishing product that was highly recommended. I did 2 coats of their clear stain and 4 coats of their oil/urethane finish. I waited 24 hrs between coats sanded lightly with buffed the finish out. It looked fabulous. Now I am having problems with dry spots and it seems the finish is not holding up. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

Very interesting - a clear stain. Who would have thunk?

I would call General on Monday morning. Is the product dated?

    Jerry,
Stain dried for 2 days before applying the finish. Not sure what to do now. I am thinking about sanding with 2000 grit and waxing. What do you think
