    Cherry End Table ll

    A few years ago, I built a cherry end table posted here: http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthre...s!!&highlight=
    Decided to redesign and build a similar end table of cherry but with several changes i.e., drawers, doors, etc. Helped get through the harsh Chicago winter. Below are pics:

    Cherry still a fav of mine.This is all hardwood finished with BLO, Dewaxed Garnett shellac...

    Thank you all...George, the black material is flat black plastic lam ordered via Menards...Attached w contact cement and edged with cherry trim.

    Thank you guys..I love working with Cherry...The BLO brings it to life, followed by the padding on of dewaxed garnett...All mouldings, raised panels done in my router table. Drawers all DT and hung on wood.

    That’s a wonderful project. The wood looks amazing and finish worked well. Such a fine build.
