Apollo 1050VR

I just picked up an Apollo 1050VR. It seems the unit has been redesigned. The control panel is larger with an illuminated screen which is much easier to read from a distance. There is no longer a separate filter warning lamp. The filter warning system is integrated in to the LCD control panal.

Has anyone else seen this? I was a bit surprised when I opened the box, and the unit looked different than the photos every retailer has of it.

I called Apollo last night to confirm, but it was after hours.

No that anyone here was concerned with this, but the models were redesigned for 2014, as per Apollo. The website and vendor photos have not been updated.

So how are you liking it? I'm hoping to pick up an Apollo this year. Your feedback would be helpful.
