    NOVA 1624 VS/Motor Upgrade Question

After seeing on the NOVA site about their $900 motor upgrade, I picked up my jaw and got to thinking about Steve Harder's 2010 post/article here on his upgrade. For those of you that have done it, what would you do differently? Sooner is the common thought I'd imagine. What am I looking at expense-wise now? Where did you get the various components needed? How difficult was the upgrade?

I am in no great hurry as I am recovering from laparoscopic abdominal surgery and forbidden to lift any thing close to 20# currently. However, the planning and prep phase is gnawing at me something fierce.

    Thanks,

    Glenn
