    Hows this done

    Any Ideas on how to print on the back of clear acrylic

    One way is to use a process involving a color laser printer, transfers and a heat press. (see http://www.themagictouchusa.com/) Another would be to use one of the UV printers.

    Also print on clear vinyl, reversed image,and apply to the acrylic. I have also done it by screen printing or flatbed printer direct onto the acrylic, then cut using the same file to get perfect alignment.
