    Beautiful carving, when you have some time, such an effort deserves a little more detail, like overall dimensions, wood type/ construction details, tools used. Very impressive piece, wonderful work on the wing feathers

    56h x 28l x 21w inches, glue up # 2 pine except for mount which is pressure treated, appendages mortised and tenoned together, fish fins maple stock, legs ash, fish is permanently mounted to base for proper balance. Rough carved with cambell hausfeld air chisel, spoke shave, woodcarver's supply master carver flex shaft, assorted chisels file and knives and burned with a detail master saber IV. Eagle separates from fish and legs for transport. Painted with oils.
