Sure didn't expect to hear that one, and I'm sure neither did you. God bless you and give you all the care and rest and changes you need!

Good luck Keith, I know what you’re going through and I’m glad to hear that you’re still with us. I hope that your area has a good cardiac rehab program and that you’ll take advantage of it.

Keith, I hadn't seen any posts from you in a while and when I did a check on recent posts I just now saw this... So sorry, and I send my wishes to you for a speedy recovery. Take your time, take good care of yourself, and listen to the doctor! Get well soon...

Been there, back in 05. OH surgery, then got a pacemaker in 09. Just last week I got the PM replaced with a defib unit. I now have one really nice pec on the left. Gonna take some work to get the right to match it.

    Get, and stay well.

I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for Keith's recovery. It has meant a lot to our family.

He is out of ICU and is in a regular room. They are trying to get his medication adjusted so that he will be able to go home. He is in good spirits but so ready to leave the hospital. I am hoping I will be able to take him home either Friday or Saturday.
