Trotec Jobcontrol job history

I've got jobcontrol 9.4.4 running on a windows 7 computer. My job history is not being recorded. Anyone have this problem before? any tips.

Jarami,

When you click on "view" and you scroll down to "job history" does it display 12 latest jobs?
You can change box "display entries from" to 1 and than left mouse click on box "to". It will display all.

Hey Tony,

It's displaying jobs 1 - 499, about two weeks ago it stopped recording history. I should be up to about 750 jobs in the history que.

Hi Jarami,

If you have the range set correctly at the bottom and you are sure that it is not recording jobs anymore, it may be that the history file is corrupted. You can do a hard drive search for TRLOG.VOL and just delete it. The next time you open Job Control, it will create a new fresh history file that will record properly.
