    Bit For Mitre Cut

Hello, I've been away for a while, but finally got the machine up and running again.

I'm trying to cut a 45 degree mitre on 3/4" board. Unfortunately I can't find anything bigger than my 1.25" diameter V-Groove bit in a 1/4" shank. Looking for options. Forgive me if this is a stupid question, I'm having to re-learn my machine.

    Thanks

Router bit manufacturers will probably not make a 1/4" shank bit with a larger diameter because the shank will not handle the bit that size. If you can use a 1/2" shank then you should be able to find a larger bit.
