Issues with Cobra X3 & TeamViewer

We are having issues with our Cobra X3 and need to connect with Luke at Camaster using Teamviewer, it will NOT download, I have reverted IE to 10 instead of 11, hoping that was the problem, it was NOT. We are using windows 7, I also cannot download google chrome. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

    HELP PLEASE!

I was finally able to down loaded the program from James' laptop on to an external drive, transferred it to the Camaster computer and it worked.

I worked wit an IT department . . . 10 years ago and I thought James just wasn't doing exactly what needed to be done, so I bebooped over there thinking I could fix it . . . NOT. I have no idea what it's problem is but I did a work around. Thank you Johnny for checking on us.

James, have you posted your Z problem over at the Camheads forum?

Try using a RHUB remote support server in order to establish a remote connection and see if it resolves your issue.
