What finish did you use on that piece? I looks great!

the finish was boiled linseed oil, a light spray on coat of shellac, then 2 or 3 coats of target em6000, one of my favorite go-to finish schedules.

lowell, no I haven't unfortunately. I am sure there is a lot I could learn, but 90% of what I know comes from books/sawmillcreek or trial and error.

Very nice project and the cherry is great. I like the figure on the sides. It will only get better with time. Hopefully you autographed it and embedded a coin of the current year for future generations to see.
