I checked L1 blk, L2 brn, L3 blk, and N is blue. How do I know which wires go to the controls and transformer?

You can trace for contiinuity with an ohm meter or check the voltage of the input wires with a voltmeter. Find the 208 to ground line and follow it. Dave
