You don't say what you want to do cut, engrave or Vcarve. If you cut how thick acrylic and how small radius do you need. Need more info. When you say affordable how much are you talking Onsrud has a finisher bit that costs $1400.00 plus that is not affordable or me but the company I worked for it was well within there range as they didn't have to do anything else to the edge and saved they tons of money.

I'm looking for 1/8 or 1/4 bit for doing pocketing and basic straight cuts. My idea of cheap under $50.00
I have ordered plastic parts from this company, but never bits or saw blades. But the company has been around for at least a decade or more.

Google onsurd plastic and go to first onsurd link for info on what you want. They are my source for alum cutting bits in the spindle too.
Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.
