    IMPRESSIVE!! I cries out for a pyro logo on the front.

    some burned/pyro'd details on that cap would really set it off.

    Already has air vents in the crown portion. Beautiful wood and so thin. Thanks for the look.

    Beautiful. That is talent. Out of curiosity since i really have not clue how to you attach the bill?

    Thanks for the comments. I agree, pyro is the next step.

    George, the bill was never un-attached. It is all turned from one blank. The bill, or brim, completely encircles the hat while turning, and all but the front bill is cut away after turning. Although this is a different hat, this is what it looks like before trimming away the excess:
