Going to be in Seattle WA for a few days next week. Any suggestions for good wood/turning-related destinations beyond Rockler and Woodcraft? Also interested in sourcing a few madrone turning blanks.
Thanks,
Bruce

Northwest Center for Fine Woodworking or whatever it is called these days. It is in Pioneer Square. Also try the Center for Woooden Boats. Port Townsend also has a woodworking group but I forget the name.
When you are there, you can find the origen of "skid row." The proper name is Skid Road. You might want to take the underground tour. Unfortunately it is much shorter than it used to be. Enjoy Seattle! I loved it there.
