CO2 laser tube filling question.

The internal input end of the laser tube has aprox 16 continuous loop of glass tube, I presume this/these are to be full of coolant as well?

The rest of the tubing where coolant circulates fills quickly with no bubbles remaining with the exception of the tube loops.

Coolant tank is in the high green normal level.

Suggestion on how to force this loop to fill if they are supposed to be?

The coiled tube has nothing to do with cooling. I believe it aids in recirculating the gasses within the laser tube.

That's probably true, but the looping specifically is there to make a longer distance to travel than down the main tube.

Having had the misfortune of many tube problems, this was originally something I was curious about myself (my first replacement tube only broken on the coil, pretty good compared to later attempts). After that I gained firsthand experience, via a later defective tube that burnt through at the start of the coil, the electricity starts going through the other part of the tube that holds the reserve of gas without all of that coil intact.
