    Sandpaper for flattening

This is a roll of stearated silicon carbide, PSA, 80 grit. (SANDPAPER) Would this be good for flattening plane bottoms and chisel backs or can you point me to something that would be good for it? I can get finer grits locally at auto parts places in small quantities but I have a bunch of chisels that need flattening, looking for a large quantity of 80 grit and a roll would be nice.

Never mind, can't find the delete button. Found the advanced search feature, nice.
