Anyone else looking at the new kreg pocket hole machine?

I saw that kreg has come out with a more affordable pocket hole machine with a molded plastic base and cast aluminum table. It looks pretty good to me but I worry about the smaller motor and plastic parts, especially the handle. I normally read as many reviews as I can but the tool haven't been released yet. Has anyone seen this or been able to try one out?

    Do you have a link?

I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

I would let it soak in the marketplace for a little while to see the feedback on it...then wait 6 months. It is cute looking but I can wait.
    Wood: a fickle medium....

Did you know SMC is user supported? Please help.

Ditto. I'm looking, but not yet buying. I'm using the foreman at work and in conjunction with the pneumatic clamping table its a pretty powerful and productive weapon. Makes me almost dread going back to hand drilling in the home shop. They got the price right, looks good on paper and in vids.....I'm waiting for a thumbs up from somebody I trust.

It would take an awful lot of pocket holes to justify $400.
