Any Tips on Buying Used

How does the forum feel about buying used lasers from the manufacturer...rather one of the regional distributors associated with the brand?

I'd be fine buying used from a reputable manufacturer or one of their agents.
You have recourse if something goes wrong, and usually have some kind of
limited warranty.

Well, I passed on the used laser, No warranty on any part of the machine and the risk of having an old tube fail without warranty, I didnt want to gamble. So....I instead bought a new Mini 24 40 watt. I should have it in a few weeks.
