Looking for belt driven lathe setup pics

Hey folks, for those of you with a belt driven lathe, I could use some help with pics of your setup.

The unit I have is not mounted on a stand or anything, so I need some solid ideas for how I should design mine.

I saw this guy on youtube, it appears that the belt holds most of the weight

Here is my set-up on my big lathe. The belt holds the motor up and it works OK. The motor mount pivots on a bolt and has enough movement to allow a larger pulley on the spindle. phone 030.jpgOne thing I need to add is an adjustable brace to reduce vibration. As soon as it drops below 100 deg in the shop I'll get it done.
