Finished a trio of bowls - Eucalyptus and turquoise

These are from one piece of Red Gum Eucalyptus. Turquoise in the cracks with epoxy. Finished with dewaxed shellac, and then, ironically, wax over the de-waxed shellac.

All are very attractive. The turquoise works really well with the eucalyptus.

I agree the turquoise works well with the color of the wood. The left one is one of my favorite forms. The one in the rear our club president would describe as a spittoon - most everyone makes one sooner or later. They tend to look better on the lathe than standing! Good job on these Brian!
