For a couple of newlyweds we know.
This vase was the first piece I did with some glued-up poplar on the new hollowing rig recently.
It's just shy of 12" high x 5" diameter and 8.5" deep.5 coats of cherry Watco plus a Beall buff
to finish the vase. Added a white and red flower along with a mini bird house with a bird on the
stoop + a bird mate. Everything supported with store bought 3/16" dowel rod
and held in place with aquarium stones. Added the plastic reeds to fill everything out.
Flowers cut on bandsaw and then turned and painted. Buttons inside the flowers are store bought and painted.
