    WOW -how to join?

Could someone please send me an invite, or whatever is needed to join WOW. I was a member of the old site a few years ago. I would like to participate in the new forum. Thanks in advance, Tom Bennett

Papa Herm has asked that initially members not invite others. They are "phasing in" old members so as not to overload the new site and provide time to get out all the kinks. If you can wait a bit, you may be on the list to be invited. If not, after members get the go ahead you can get invited by a member. Does that work?

Thomas - send me a PM with your email address and I'll see if I can get an invite sent out.

Herm opened it up so members could send out invitations shortly after the site opened.

With all the talk here and on the AAW forum about WOW my interest has piqued. If they are accepting new members I would be interested to join.

Doug, invites require an email address, so if you want to send a PM to either Steve
or me, we will get an invite sent to you.

If you have to ask, then you can't afford it.

Seriously, all kidding aside, World of Woodturners is an invitation only website for woodturners to post pictures of their work, get help with projects, ideas, and photography, as well as discuss things that concern woodturners. Papa Joe Hermann has run the site for many a year and we've all enjoyed the fact that trolls, spammers, and hackers can't get in... well, at least they don't last long if they do, which is EXTREMELY rare due to the invitation only process.
