    Question dresser drawer hardware

Anyone have tips on how to make installing the slides for a drawer simple to do, so that it's level in the carcass?

Make you a measuring stick out of wood scrap. The length you need from bottom of cabinet to bottom of slide. Just stand it up in the front and back, with the slide sitting on it. I do this ocasionally, but mostly use a slide gun, made for installing slides.

    Hi Jack,
Here's a link to a Kreg Drawer Slide Mounting Bracket, aka a slide gun:

I have one and it works as advertised.
