Bar top help

I am finishing a maple bar top that has been dyed, sprayed with two light coats of WB shellac (Target USH3000), sprayed with EM8000CV with 5% CL100 and thinned with water 5% touch sanded with 320. Problem each coat looks like sand paper, applying 2mils thick. Do I need to thin the finish more?

when i used target i didn't thin it and applied it at around 4 mils.

Thanks Dave, that's what I ended up doing. It also seems as the finish is somewhat harder to sand down. This is the first time I have used the EM8000cv with CL100, I have used it without the CL100 and have gotten good results. A new learning experience.
