    Very small gloat today

    Spent a dollar bill on a box. Inside the box was a reddish stone.

    A NIB Norton Medium India Oilstone MB6

    Never even been used.

    Now, do I really need to find a bottle of "Norton Oil"?

    Yes, for that stone you need the Norton oil. I will trade you for one I have that you can use kerosene on, it is a dual fuel stone, very valuable.

    Baby oil or any kind of mineral oil will do fine. The norton is just a mineral oil of some type, according to their MSDS.
