GCC Spirit Not Deleting File

So I purchased a 2 year old, perfect condition GCC Spirit 40W machine. The tech from the engraving company updated the firmware and when I send something to the machine it will engrave fine, but then the machine locks up. I can't delete the file, I can't re-print the file, I can't move the carriage. I have to restart the machine. I've tried rolling back the firmware to no luck. I've tried using two different computers, still no luck. I've tried different files, nothing seems to work.

I would try reloading the driver. I've had to do it few times.
